MOCHA NOTES RETURN POLICY

 

At Mocha Notes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

 

To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging intact. Returns without the RMA number or items not in original condition will not be accepted.

 

Please note that you will need to return the product to us in order to process your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
